Fast, friendly, good listeners
No return phone calls. Dr Kock is only interested in the patients imput. Family does not matter = THEIR OBSERVATIONS. No expenation ,nothing. Find someone that listens to the families input. This is neglecting the patients needs. Go elsewhere especially if you are elderly.
