Great experience! My son has sleep issues and we knew we needed a better bed for him. Amy LeGrand was amazing at helping us and even asked for my sons opinion on his bed! She had him sample out the beds and lay on them to find just the right one! Her customer service were amazing and she was every bit genuine about the care of her customers! I will continue to shop with Missouri Mattress and Ross Furniture thanks to her services!

I absolutely love doing business with Missouri Mattress! I felt confident in my purchase after the sales lady took the time to guide me through different options available for my comfort. I felt she was educated in her product and confident in what she sold. That eased my anxiety! I would recommend Missouri Mattress to everyone who is looking for high quality purchase at a blowout rate!!

I had taken my mother in law in to get a mattress this afternoon needless to say we walked out without one! The customer service representative who was helping us belittled my mother in law and than proceeded to have an argument with her like a bickering toddler would. This is the second time we have had very distasteful and poor customer service from this company! We decided to try them again after our last fiasco with Ross Furniture over a couch that was under manufacturer warranty and they would not uphold it BIG MISTAKE!... read more
