I have been waiting nearly 6 months for my adopted daughters new birth certificate. After been given the run around,I was told they'd lost the paperwork our attorney sent. Contacted the governors office and surprisingly, it was found. It's now October 1,2018. We are still waiting. Her adoption was may 29, 2018.
I filled out a form to get a copy of my marriage cert.from the state of Missouri, for the state of Georgia to get my drivers license since my last name had changed. I did this in November of 2017. Today January 8, 2018 I received a letter stating what I already knew. The dates I submitted. Stating that I would have to go to the License office to get the document. After they first cashed my check within days of receipt. I wish they gave '0' stars, What a rip off. Do not fall for this scam.
