We purchased a lift chair. After about eight months, the control malfunctioned, so we contacted Missouri Furniture Customer Service. They immediately made arrangements to pick up the chair and bring us a loaner, which was an even better chair with more features. We fell in love with the loaner chair and contacted customer service to inquire if we could trade the originally purchased chair for the loaner and pay the difference in price.
