We purchased a lift chair. After about eight months, the control malfunctioned, so we contacted Missouri Furniture Customer Service. They immediately made arrangements to pick up the chair and bring us a loaner, which was an even better chair with more features. We fell in love with the loaner chair and contacted customer service to inquire if we could trade the originally purchased chair for the loaner and pay the difference in price. We bought a sleeper sofa, and the salesperson deceived us. We bought a brown sofa, but she sent the black one. Will we ever deal with them again? No!

Thank you so much for taking care of us both in store and on delivery. We had a little hiccup on intial delivery but everyone in the store helped to resolve the problem. On our 2nd delivery both Brian and Donnie were very quick, diligent, and professional. Thank you.
If I could give a zero I would. Missouri furniture takes advantage of the elderly. They sell them things that supposedly have no refund or return at the tune of 4 grand!! Please take your business elsewhere.
