I recently left Missouri Foot and Ankle because the office staff of Dr. Allen Jacobs acted unprofessional and uncaring. I first made an appointment in January and Dr.Allen Jacobs explained what a bunion deformity is. I told Nikki that I would like the surgery & I need it to be scheduled for May 31st. She said she will call St. Luke’s to get that scheduled and let me know. I was told to come back in February.
