We’ve been insured with Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say! My family also uses them and has had great experiences as well. “I trusted Farm Bureau to be there when I needed them most, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The inability to handle my claim in a timely manner has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and frustration. When someone files a claim, it’s because they’re already dealing with hardship. Instead of support, I was left waiting—waiting for answers, waiting for action, and waiting for the service I was promised.
After 6 months of Very little communication from the Adjuster Dalton Farmer Claim Number 2025-376373 his manager took the Business claim and gave it to someone else to also not make contact with is, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM
