They always take time to answer my questions and get me the infor.ation I need. I have several insurance policies and MEM does not rush through everything as many do. They take work comp serious and ensure that the policy holder is equipped with all that is needed to help reduce liabilities at the workplace.
I was forced to carry Work Comp due to the nature of my business, but during 2020 I lost money and was forced to scale back to just myself and I couldn't afford the insurance any longer. I started getting outrageous bills in the mail and when I contacted them they told me I needed to complete the audit. After the audit they are still demanding over $16,000.
