Complete bull. This is a star I did my recertification and I handed it to the mail carrier for it to get sent out a month later they sent me a letter saying that they did not receive my recertification form then they tell me that my stamps will be ended by the end of the month I have been trying to get a hold of someone for an entire month and I can't get on and I can't talk to anyone on the phone it keeps sending me right back to an automated system what the heck I did my part I filled out the application and I said it out ... read more
Why have a phone number to call if literally no one answers and you cant get ahold of a person?
I made a call in the morning to this place. I was on the phone for 2 hours. Nobody answered. I guess they are shut down with the other Federal workers. Sucks!
