No answers, no one knows anything. Websites are so messy and not helpful. Really need to rethink EVERYTHING that they are doing.
It's a joke and the government is the punch line to back it up,have fun calling them or even getting your business done I would not recommend unfortunately only place in Springfield who can do that job so unfortunate
Horrible experience every time I have to deal with these people. You show up with exactly what you were told to bring and they will find a reason for one of them not to be up to acceptance It's torn it's dirty can't read the address correctly the piece of mail was more than two weeks old. Was told that I had to take a class in order to get my license paid for the class turned out I didn't have to have that class at all.
