Contact by phone take an hour or more to get through. Online help is worthless. After waiting in a queue for 15 minutes you are told you are next in line. Unfortunately, the next message says 'Thanks for using our online help line' and disconnects even though no one ever comes online to help you. Tried it 5 times. Question: How do I get ahold of the Missouri Department of Revenue? Answer: You can't.

No answers, no one knows anything. Websites are so messy and not helpful. Really need to rethink EVERYTHING that they are doing.
It's a joke and the government is the punch line to back it up,have fun calling them or even getting your business done I would not recommend unfortunately only place in Springfield who can do that job so unfortunate
