No way to talk to a person. Dora is no help-has limited skills and knowledge. Really, really need to talk to a person. Really!
Contact by phone take an hour or more to get through. Online help is worthless. After waiting in a queue for 15 minutes you are told you are next in line. Unfortunately, the next message says 'Thanks for using our online help line' and disconnects even though no one ever comes online to help you. Tried it 5 times. Question: How do I get ahold of the Missouri Department of Revenue? Answer: You can't.
