An a previous employee, DMH is absolutely horrible. The people they choose to operate their long term psych hospitals are very questionable and like at NMPRC, the COO is hard to differentiate from a patient. It’s the worst and is a severe dis-service to the patients they serve. Look at their staff turnover rates! Speaks volumes!

Well at first great for the first 3 years, then my son got a new case mngr...things went to hell after that!
If I could give this regional government office a zero - - or less--I would do it! Go to EITAS instead of this heavy-handed, big-government, regulation-laden, bureaucracy that cares more about its regulations than the vulnerable people they are supposed to be serving. And I have 25 years of experience trying to work with these people, so I know what I'm talking about!
