☆☆☆☆ The Missouri Department of Mental Health is completely unprofessional and abusive. Staff talked down to me, made racist remarks, and played games on the phone instead of helping. They act professional only when being recorded or monitored. There’s no way to file complaints, calls go unanswered, and they repeatedly transfer or ignore you. Publicly funded, yet they fail the people who need help most.
My brother worked with Lisa Stevens. She is professional, friendly, and helped him with paperwork that he was having troubles with. It's rare to find good customer service, we need more people like her.
Why have a Department of Mental Health that does nothing. Save money close it down if they won't do anything for anybody.
