The one star ratings for this business I believe to be completely unfounded. I have had more dental work done to me than most people will have in their lifetimes. This has been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. From being in the military and moving around the country, this dentist office has blown all others out of the water. If you need any work done this is the place to go to.
Five stars for Ruben alone! Hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever had—extremely gentle with cleaning my teeth and willing to take the time to do so. He and the rest of the staff I interacted with were all so kind and friendly. It took me awhile to find a good dental home in the area, but I’m glad I landed here!
Staff was very professional and friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment. I was having crown replaced and procedure went smoothly. Dentist did not like the way the temporary looked so he took it off and replaced before completing my procedure. I was glad to see he took pride in his work even if it was a temporary crown. I never felt rushed or that he was in a hurry. Also this was. Saturday appointment which I appreciated them being open on the weekend.
Extremely happy with the staff! I wouldn’t say I’m picky with certain things, but I kinda am when it comes to going to the dentist. I’m pretty nervous and it doesn’t matter who I go to, but when I tell you I’ve never felt more welcome as soon as I walked in! Thank you so much for making this a good experience for me! I’ve already told a coworker of mine and my entire household about Excel Dental. The name speaks for itself.
