I wanted to support a local company. I left multiple voicemails and messaged them twice on their Facebook page. I never received a call or reply.
I decided to go to another route after months of waiting for an install date. A refund to my deposit was promised to me. 3-5days, I'll get the check I was told. Weeks later, still waiting for my refund!! It's been a painful experience so far dealing w this company. I wish I can give 0 star review.
My experience with Missouri City Custom Closets was good. Their customer care is awesome. They did all their best to take care of my concerns and I am happy with their services.
I used Custom Closets for my Closet it was truly amazing. I will definitely use them again and again. They not only were sweet their prices were so far lower than anyone else. If you are wanting a closet use this company.
