I am a patient of Joe’s and he and his knowledgeable staff are always prompt and very pleasant. I appreciate the way he explains things to me.
Arrived for my appointment on time, checked in and waited, after waiting for what I deemed long enough, I rescheduled and left. Next appointment, I arrived on time, checked in, was informed they were " a little behind", waited twice as long, needed to use a bathroom (transgender), so i left again so i could. Called later was told they wouldn't reschedule again.
I’ve had a very good experience with the doctors at Missoula Valley Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, PLLC. They are outstanding — knowledgeable, kind, sharp, and highly professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. I had an early morning appointment and arrived about 20 minutes early.
