I went in for Botox for severe neck pain and TMJ. I had previously used Dr. Hayes who was amazing but Medicare will not cover a plastic surgeon even for pain so I went to see Shurtz. He explained that it could take 3 or 4 visits to get the right dosing and placement. We'll that equals a year in trying to get it right since you can only do this every 3 months.
