Very friendly staff, I showed up without any idea how the VA worked shortly after I left the service and they held my hand and guided me through many of the processes and the nessesary paperwork for me to get seen and begin to work on my recovery from the service. The clinic also houses many medical experts but they aren't shy about referring out to medical practitioners in the community should their wait lists become long.
Nice looking place and friendly people
Place has become a joke. Was good when first opened, not now. Dr had to reschedule me due to her vacation, ok great, no problem. 7 months out! She takes a week off and I get moved 7 months? She's done this multiple times. Called to switch care teams, there is no one to switch me to they said... The VA needs some serious help
Literally informed them that I need an injection for my past as it was effective three years ago. They called me up to schedule a medication appointment not the injection. The worst part is the appointmentwould be five months from now. Asked to talk to mental health. Three days no call back.
The place looks like a 5 star Hotel inside.
