Very poor customer service. Unreliable Very poor customer service. Laundry was promised in 5 business days (which is rather excessive by any standard) and was not done on time as promised. I was told by the clerk that I should try back tomorrow or maybe Wednesday but I better call ahead just to be sure. Why is this necessary? Why can't they deliver on time as promised. I will never go back there again
Excellent Value and Customer Service I have had business shirts and pants cleaned and pressed in multiple cities in Montana and find this business to do an excellent job. I have not had one issue with over 100 items in the short time I have been here. They also did a great job on pants repair and shirt repair. The clerks have always pleasant and responsive to questions. They never miss saying thankyou to me. All this for the best price I have seen in my travels. Great Business to do business with.
