Fraudulent charges. Set up a unit for my son for college. Paid the first month, he gave his billing info multiple times since. They refuse to change billing and fraudulently bill my card every month. Now had to block this vendor from my credit card. Ridiculous. Billing the right card is not this hard.
Rent two units from these guys. Awesome and speedy service, answers all my questions, professional , great energy and knowledgeable. Safe area. Even has climate controlled units. Property is well maintained, lit, secured and clean. Thanks Missoula Storage!
