Did the same thing to me. Not one phone call or bill. Right to collections.

Moved out of state, never received a phone call about a past due bill and they took me to collections. Called them to try and pay it and they refused to take my money. They did $1,000's of dollars of imaging and couldn't find anything wrong, went to a chiropractor and a simple xray showed a curved lower spine.
