We got a 26 frontier from missoula nissan, the truck was full of water spots and they had me bring it back so they could take care of it. So I spent the entire day there for them to only work on it for an hour and they didn't even try. I told 3 people that the roof was really bad and the kid that brought it to me said no one told him about it plus they don't do roofs. Very unprofessional dealership
This is the fifth vehicle I've purchased from Missoula Nissan, and this experience reminded me why I keep coming back. Shortly after purchasing my truck this weekend, I was driving it home to SD when it developed a mechanical issue. I was 300 hundred miles away- the half way point from Missoula and home. Getting an appointment was easy enough, but when I actually showed up, it felt like my time wasn't valued at all.
