I dropped my car off late the night before my car was to be service; as soon as I got there I was greeted by a nice gentleman who walked me to the drop off box. After that Mike, the service writer super visor came out and allowed me to still bring my car into the shop. When I asked about the Shuttle service I found out I had just missed them; Mike was kind enough to go above and beyond to take me home himself. Everyone there was courteous, kind and did a great job
Quick service, excellent customer service. Clay and his colleagues were very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions with ease and made me feel like a valued customer. I am visiting Missoula from out of state, and this Nissan has by far been the best dealership I have been to. Thank you to the crew for providing exceptional care AND cleaning my car!!!!! What a huge bonus
