Very Disappointed with the Service I'm extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this Nissan service center. No one answered the phone despite multiple attempts to contact them. My car sat in their lot for a full week before anyone even looked at it. I had to physically go to the location to find out that my car had been serviced - a week and a day later - and no one had even bothered to notify me. We had a great experience with Shane. We live in Oregon about 5.5 hours away so we did all the communications over the phone. I gave Shane the numbers I needed to get to and he actually listened without having to deal with the back and forth a million times. That is the most irritating part of buying cars for me and they cut that part out completely. Great dealership, staff is always attentive and polite, never too pushy, very friendly. Service dept is wonderful and knowledgeable, definitely a well rounded, phenomenal dealership to buy and service a vehicle!
I’d like to thank the entire staff for a job well done. We purchased two vehicles from Gerald, when one of those (used) had an issue the dealership went above and beyond to fix the problem. Jerry in service, Clay, Natalie the whole team was great!
