Excellent customer service!! I went in to sell my car and it was a very easy process. I worked with Justin and Allen. Both were very helpful and very kind through the entire experience. Allen was very informative, stayed in touch and made sure it was a very stress free and quick process when I went in and sold my vehicle. I would recommend working with Allen if you are looking to buy or sell a car.
Service is honest and fair. Mike the manager is amazing. Explains issues calmly and looks out for the customers best interest even when he could make a few dollars on a service call. Much appreciated, trust his word.
Very Disappointed with the Service I'm extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this Nissan service center. No one answered the phone despite multiple attempts to contact them. My car sat in their lot for a full week before anyone even looked at it. I had to physically go to the location to find out that my car had been serviced - a week and a day later - and no one had even bothered to notify me.
