Super painless. Move a coffee table from Colorado to Montana and the movers broke a glass panel on the top. Needed a custom dimension cut with a bevel and thought it was going to turn into a thing but I called Missoula Glass and pleasantly surprised Jacob was able to just take my dimensions over the phone and had it ordered/cut/delivered to the shop for me to pick up less than a week later. For reference in the pic, I replaced the surface glass panel on the right side and the left side is the original. Looks identical

Terrific contractor! Just had 3 showers installed with frameless glass. Jacob (owner) was very communicative, easy to deal with, and took extra steps to ensure all the details were accurate. And surprised me with how quick it was from my first contact - to which Jacob responded within 15 minutes and had crew out to measure that same day and an install scheduled in less than 2 weeks. Very straight forward working with Jacob at Missoula Glass. Gave me timelines, met them. Gave me a quote, cost what the quote said. Everything was up front, transparent, and timely. That's all I can ask for in a service.
