Dr's are GREAT!!!!! But accounting & billing is absolutely a failure!!!! I have never received a bill yet they sent my account to a collection agency. I HAD TO CALL and request a bill pay over the phone! WHAT A NIGHTMARE for the patient!!!! If I owned this business I would immediately FIRE the company handling the accounting as they plainly can NOT do the simplest of jobs! When a patient is trying to pay but they can not provide a bill THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!!!
I'm handling my son's affairs after a severe car accident in Feb. The bill from this provider was sent to collections, and we never received a bill. I've received and paid outstanding balances on all the other bills. Our experience matches multiple reviews that say that issue happened to them. I can't speak to their medical practice.
Such a great group of people, they go above and beyond when it comes to patient care.
