I dropped off my O2 tank to have it refilled. First, they had to send it out to Winona (will take a week). Second, I knew they were going to conveniently "lose" my tank based on a comment the counter guy made so, I took photos of it on their doc. Eleven days later and yep, they lost my tank. My first and last time doing business with them.
