We are so grateful for Dr. Galle and the incredible care he provides. He is kind, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. Our dog always receives the best treatment, we wouldn’t trust anyone else. Bonnie, Maya and Lori are just as wonderful. They are always warm, attentive, and shower our dog, Satchmo with love every time we visit. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing veterinary team so close to us. Absolutely the best place to go for any dog with eye concerns!
Extremely rude and heartless front desk British woman. She never called about my dog’s perforated eyeball emergency surgery that was time critical. (She had referral from my primary vet.) When we finally did get ahold of her from a different phone number she immediately told us surgeon IS NOT doing any surgery at all on our dog and rudely sighed after being asked simple questions, responded with attitude saying we could bring our pet to be evaluated with a wait time because they are busy. Highly recommend! Dr. Galle and his staff were extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. It is evident that they truly care about the animals, and love what they do. Extremely happy we found such a wonderful clinic to help with our dogs ACVO OFA exam!
