I have sent them a bill for having to replace their fence posts that was only in the ground 4 years and was rotted off. They will not respond . There has been a lot of people around here having trouble with them. So not but their fence posts ! They are junk !

I was treated disrespectfully by a service/sales rep Connie. She was rude, juvenile, arrogant, pompous, and haughty. I believe she truly thrives on humiliating the customer and holds too much authority. We were lied to, refused quotes on product, forced to go through an "open account" revue to get a quote on a product I can pay cash for. I asked for clarification on the process and was treated by Connie with such unprofessional conduct that she actually hung up the phone on me for politely asking for clarity.
