All seem money hungry and you can’t get ANYONE on the phone if you’re having an emergency with your pet at home. I’ve called 4 days in a row and have been told repeatedly “the vet will return your call in a few hours” it’s been 2 days and no vet has called me. I have spent $5,000 on my cat at this place and now he won’t take his medicine at home and I can’t get ahold of ANYONE to help me figure out what to do next for my cat. Absolutely ridiculous
Theses people are so great! My dog was in ICU for a week. They called with updates 3 tines a day. Caroline was the best care giver!
