We had to take our Boykin here to see the Neurologist and Dr Shores and his team were excellent. They were able to give us thorough explanations of what they felt was going on with our dog. They tried their best to keep cost to a minimum while wanting to ensure that we were comfortable with our baby’s treatment plan. Also, our dog tends to distress easily so the 4th year Med student sat with him until time for his CT keeping him from getting upset. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend if your dog nee... read more

We were referred to MSU vet hospital by a wonderful vet in Collierville. Our sweet Rottweiler needed plasma for a defiency in her blood due to an open wound caused from bacterial infection. We made a 2 hr. drive for help. Our vet was told on the phone it would be between 3 to 5 thousand. Plasma is expensive, but they were the closest ones who had enough. We have to muzzle her because she is aggressive at a vets office. Didn't have a problem with them remuzzling after she was in triage. They gave her something to calm her bec... read more

Worst experience possible. Only care about money.Told do MRI on weekend but after 4 hr drive told not possible on weekend. Told 6000 for all imaging, surgery, recovery ect. so sign credit card auth. Call in am says hopeless. 4 hrs back to find Rowdy strapped to board,tongue protruding & dry, miserable. While we were saying goodbye, hearts breaking they ask if we want to pay now!!! Once Rowdy is gone paid OVER 2200 for 17 hour stay with no treatment. MSU call Mon asking for additional 300 + dollars. Told refuse to send ashes ... read more
