Professionalism and excellent customer service
TLDR: Do not go here. They genuinely could not care less. My friends and I found a kitten out on the street in front of their house. The kitten was wailing, covered in fleas, and bleeding. As good samaritans, they decided to take this kitten, which was not theirs by the way, to get medical attention. This place is TERRIBLE to bring any pet. Granted they had more urgent matters at hand, they triaged the cat and after blood work told us that the kitten has infections and said they can’t keep him.
