If you have a sick or injured pet, this is the best place in the world, I hope you read this last sentence the best place in the world!!!! From the receptionist to the surgeon, they are all very friendly because they are from Mississippi, they have manners. They are nice, loving and caring to all of their patients. They want to help take care of your puppies, your cats, your goats, your parakeets they are equipped to take care of any emergency for 24 hours a day. So far, I have to say this is an excellent facility. The staff is always friendly and seems to be concerned about you and your pet. Although test results are still not in for my dachshund, I will say that I am pleased so far. The student was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say about my dogs' symptoms. The doctor, Dr. Siu, did an examination and then came out and discussed all the testing that she felt needed to be done and why, as well as her thoughts about the physical examination.
