Rude, rushed, unnecessary x-ray. Provider did not even introduce herself. Everyone was rude and more concerned about getting out of there for the day. They're happy to take my money for get poor service though.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I couldn’t make it past the receptionist desk without being told I couldn’t have pain meds, PT, restrictions, that’s IF the nurse practitioner agreed to see me. I was referred here by my primary physician that works for MS Sports Medicine. You have a better chance of being treated by the Elmo than this urgent care location.

I have never had a more infuriating experience with a so called healthcare professional in my life. I brought my mom in for a knee issue under the direction of her orthopedic doctor. (her knee was swollen, tight and unable to bend). The front desk clerk was dismissive and condescending, telling her that there wasn’t anything they can do for her and that her knee pain was caused by her lower back issues. I had a fall in a movie theater going to my seat and I caught my foot on back of a seat , couldn't see it because it was so dark. I fell across the row of seats in front of me very hard. I am 6 ft 5 285 lbs. I landed on my left ribs which I thought I heard a fracture crack but I let it go for a week to see if it would feel better since there's not a lot you can do for it.
