The motor stopped working properly on our 14KW Generac Generator. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. MS Solar ordered the replacement motor at the end of Oct 2024. At the end of Dec 2024, we still had no probable delivery date on the motor. At my request, one of the co-owners called me to discuss the situation and promised to keep me updated on the status. Fortunately, the motor finally arrived and was installed quickly and professionally by MS Solar. THANK YOU, John and team!

When deciding between two companies that offer the same brand name product, I consider price differences and customer service. In this case I chose Mississippi Solar over Mississippi Energy Services because the staff was so consistently very nice, informative, patient, and pleasant. They offered the best price and assisted me with getting a substantial rebate from Atmos Energy. I strongly recommend doing business with Mississippi Solar, the complete package.
