Just getting started with these guys, but so far it’s looking promising. I will update toward the end of the year after everything gets installed and working.
I would definitely recommend this company for Generac generator service. Very polite service man, timely and has supplies to fix problem on the spot. This is the first place you should call for maintenance and service. I have used other companies and they have not been reliable. Get Mississippi Solar a try!!
August 4, 2025 Just had my 1-year maintenance. John Spencer was the technician. He was on-time, professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job on the inspection and maintenance explaining all that was being done and why. He was meticulous in documenting his work and left everything in better shape than when he arrived. Very knowledgeable and gave options of potential solutions for my solar system. Customer service is exceptional with very kind and attentive staff during the installation.
Tech that did maintenance was on time and efficient and tested generator afterwards. Also, he helped get the wifi reconnected to new internet modem that had changed and it's back on line with notifications. Couldn't ask for a more efficient, friendly, knowledgeable rep. Thanks
