RecommendedPeaceful setting with all the comforts of home! We will be back often!
Just spent a lovely couple of days here with long-time friends. The accommodations were very comfortable and Gary was very welcoming and helpful.It was a joy to relax on the deck and watch the pelicans fly by, take a refreshing dip in the river, and just enjoy the calm and beautiful location. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately this property is not child or pet friendly. We take an annual family trip with three kids and one pet and never had issues until we rented from Mississippi River Lodge. Beautiful view, but if you are traveling with a family I would look elsewhere.
We stayed here during our move from Alabama to Iowa. We had a wonderful transition and were extremely blessed! The Heldis' will forever be a part of our family♡
Awesome place to stay its just like being at home. Gary and his wife go out of their way to make sure you got everything you need. Our second time staying and will be back next year for sure.
