This is the best Bank you ever have the saurus is good
Slow with the loan process. It takes about a week before someone gets in touch with you and approves your loan. I missed out in a vehicle do to the wait. I have dealt with other Credit Unions and banks and never experienced a week to get a loan approved. This is ridiculous!
I have been with this credit union for 10 years or longer and I have had nothing but the best experiences every. They are always professional, very friendly, and most of the employee already know me when I come in the bank. The environment is always warm and pleasant.
I tried to get a loan with this company and never received a call back regarding if it went through or not which I thought was unprofessional and very rude....apparently it didn’t go through, so I guess I will be getting a letter in the mail which is good enough from them...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
