Bill due date changes every month - sometimes the 2nd, other times the 9th… Thought my bill was due on the 9th, so I always paid on the 9th. Now they are assessing a $240 deposit in addition to my bill because my payment was ‘late’. Absolutely disgusting business practices, and of course they’re a monopoly so I’m stuck.

Mississippi Power is a monopoly and is charging vulgar amounts. Monopolies are against the law.
