Unsure why they close during the lunch hours when most people are able to come pay. They can easily stagger their personal lunch hour to accommodate paying customers. Dozen of people pulled up between 12:30 and 1:30 trying to pay their bills, only to waste their time sitting in the parking lot. They should open the drive thru or keep the office open. Mississippi power..nice people there just doing there job..the company tho makes a killing in profits ..and doesn't care about the old or the young that's going through rough times
