I called today to get electricity connected for a few apartments and Ms. Que helped me out. She was great! So friendly and efficient. Thank you, Que!
WORST company I've ever had to deal with. I lost my job, which caused my payment to return. I did make the payment plus the fee. The following month month I needed to make a payment arrangement. They wouldn't allow me due to the return payment the following month. I explained to them I could pay my bill 8 days late and they still wouldn't allow that!!!
