WORST company I've ever had to deal with. I lost my job, which caused my payment to return. I did make the payment plus the fee. The following month month I needed to make a payment arrangement. They wouldn't allow me due to the return payment the following month. I explained to them I could pay my bill 8 days late and they still wouldn't allow that!!! By far the worst Utility company i have ever had. I got my dates mixed up on a payment arrangement and they refused to help me. Im pretty sure if I was the same nationality of the lady on the phone I would have been treated better.

Unsure why they close during the lunch hours when most people are able to come pay. They can easily stagger their personal lunch hour to accommodate paying customers. Dozen of people pulled up between 12:30 and 1:30 trying to pay their bills, only to waste their time sitting in the parking lot. They should open the drive thru or keep the office open.
