Very quiet neighborhood . Jake the manager he is by far best manager thats been here in the eleven years I have lived in the trailer park.
A nice ,quiet , affordable place to live. I have lived here a long time, Jake keeps the place looking clean and well kept , and new maintenance person is pleasant and knowledgeable

I have seen 3 park managers since I've lived in the park. All I can say is I'm very lucky to have Jake. Jake has went above and beyond since he started in the park as maintenance and has only gotten better as our park manager. My time in the park improved because of Jake. Thanks for everything Jake.
