I had been experiencing quite a bit of discomfort in my upper neck and shoulders to the extreme of pain and tingling into my arms, wrist and fingers. I believe it may have been from an adjustment I'd had from a new chiropractor which made me shy away from them after years of regular adjustments. I had xrays an EMG, physical therapy and occupational therapy with little to no explanation or relief! Just putting in a good word for Kendra. I came to Minnesota, to Prairie Island Nuclear plant, for a 60 day outage. I didn’t have insurance, so I got by on massage with no chiropractor. Kendra is my HERO!! I had sciatica pain and ended up with the stomach flu. She kept me going thru it all. She is a very good massage therapist. She even found exercises to loosen my sciatica. She’s the best! I would definitely recomemd her!$
