Customer care does not exist here anymore. I tried for a month to renew online,but no one would answer phone or messages. Finally someone called me back and was so rude. She told me I had plenty of time to have renewed so my next magazine would be late. Instead of arguing with her that I had been trying, I told her to cancel my just renewed subscription. I won't waste my time with a rude unresponsive business. I would think customer service should be your first priority.
