Closing at 4pm is absolutely ridiculous and basically communicates that you do not wish to serve those who work jobs with standard hours.

Just god awful. - Card constantly getting declined and turned off for fraud alerts at places literally IN TOWN WHERE I LIVE. - The slowest deposits ever. Im always the last person at work whose pay check hits. Usually sits the for 2-3 days pending. - $35 overdraft fees some of which are caused because you think there is money in your account but there isn’t because once again, delayed deposits. - Most banks have the common curiosity to send you a replacement card when yours is expiring, never received one, had to take off wo... read more
Overdraft fees are outrageous and delayed deposits. MSFCU used to be the best credit union, but now it is no longer. If things don’t improve, I will be closing all my accounts.
