They was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions I was very satisfied
So far, it’s a botched conversion today for MFCU members. Card activation hotline not working and angry people having to wait til 11 for the branch to open. We shall se what kind of answers they give to people later today. Update — hiccups don’t last this long, usually.
I have been calling all day and no answer. The calls end with stating the bank is now closed even though it's not closing time.I never received a debit card with this merger in the mail and now stuck. I have been with MS FCU for 20 years and no issues until this merger.
Been a member right at two years I’ve had two quick Cash loans paid them off. Get a direct deposit from Social Security every month $2000.
