My first visit and I was VERY pleased. Brenda, my technician was amazing!!!!! She knew exactly what I needed. Very professional yet laid back. Dr, Sutton was so nice and caring. The entire staff CAN NOT be beat. I can not Thank Brenda enough for all of her help. I finally found a great eye doctor.
Dr. Douglas is great but every time I come here I have to wait for at least an hour until they even dilate my eyes. Then at least another 20 minutes just to see the doctor. Thank God this is my last post-op appointment. Make sure you bring a book or have plenty of games on your phone. Not sure why the wait time is sooooo long, but it's very annoying.
Still owe me a 565 refund for glasses not produced After waiting a month for an appointment i got into the Eye Clinic. They made a set of glasses their own prescription totally over 565 dollars. When I tried on the glasses i can see absolutely nothing clearly Obviously the prescription and or glasses wrong. I was then told that there's no refund on the glasses and that I would have to eat $565. I left the glasses with them as a return because they were useless.
