Last year I couldn't say enough good things about them...and this year I'm having trouble coming up with enough great things to add to that. If anything, this year was even better. Jacob came out yesterday and serviced my Generac. This is my annual service call. He performed a thorough maintenance and had my generator back in service in no time. Later that evening the power went out and my Generac kicked in and kept everything working in my house. We were cool and comfortable! Thanks MS Entergy Service!
