They don’t pick up their phones at all, it’s like the people don’t want to work there or do the job they wanted.

They move way too slow and dont have any respect for anyone. My daughter was supposed to get her shots and we waited outside for over a hour then when I called inside she said the nurse should be calling me any moment but i sat there 10 more minutes with no call
Needs to be more professional. It's like they dont want to help you / no one wants to be bothered. Wait time is unbelievable.
