This rating is not as much about the dealership as it is the product. I spent a lot of money on a commercial grade zero turn John Deer. I foolishly thought that amount of money for a commercial grade mower to cut my grass would be a “get what you pay for” deal. It has been anything but. In less than a year the mower has gone totally dead twice now. While the warranty covers the repairs, it does not cover the pick up of the mower.
