They have had my mower for 4 weeks all it needs is a transmission about a 2 hour job! I should have taken it to Meridian instead of Laurel!!!!!! As for as price on parts they cheaper than NAPA. The parts guy at Meridian is a great guy.
I carried a STIHL hedge trimmer to them to fix it they put a new carburetor on it then told me that it didn’t fix it I’ll be better off to buy a new one this one does not have five hours on it charged me $65 for the Carburetor I didn’t need Don’t use the Service Department Thy Reached out to me and said it was the carburetor was the problem then they put a new carburetor on the unit and said that it was something else going on that it would be cheaper to buy a new one other words they don’t know how to fix it and this unit i... read more
