This place is pretty fantastic. I had an embedded iud and I was very nervous for my apt to have it removed. The staff was very friendly and compassionate, and were able to remove my iud with no pain and only a little discomfort. The office is very nice and fully geared for women and making women feel comfortable during their apt and recovery. I highly recommend this clinic.
My girlfriend had an appointment for 10:10 she didn't get in until 1pm place is a meat market absolutely disgusting. They told her over the phone it would be 75 dollars. Then she got there they charged her 2 separate transactions first was 20 dollars then the lady said oh I didn't charge you enough I have to charge you another 50 dollars so thats 70 dollars first it was 75 . Make up your mind do you make up the price as you go or charge what you feel like..
I was scared to do my IUD replacement after my first experience getting it, at another clinic. I was accidentally referred to this clinic and I have to say it was the most wonderful accident!! My fear is gone after my visit today! From the moment you step into the office you feel relaxed and welcomed. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I don't even understand why this place has bad reviews, the nurses are very kind and supportive, I didn't feel rushed or judged, and the clinic itself is very cozy and warm. It was hard to control my emotions and they gave me all the time I needed,thanks for everyone who was there for me.
