I booked my appointment 7 weeks in advance for 3:20 PM, expecting to be seen at that time. Less than an hour before, at 2:30 PM, I received a voicemail from the secretary saying the doctor was leaving early and I needed to arrive by 2:40 PM—just ten minutes after the message was left. This last-minute change completely disrupted my workday. I left early and had to rush through heavy traffic to make it. Dr. Milan Patel and his assistant Natasha have been taking care of my sever emphysema for several years. I feel blessed and also could not be in better hands. Iam very greatful to have been asigned to this exceptional team. Thank you all very much.
We arrived this afternoon for an appointment with Dr Patel for 2:30. After being told that somehow the appointment was cancelled through email, which wasn't true, the appointment was rescheduled for 3:00. At 3:45 I notified the staff that my moms oxygen was getting low and we needed to leave (I had another appointment to get to which I've now missed). At 4:00 a staff member came back and advised that they weren't able to get ahold of Dr Patel. Maybe walk down the hall knock on the door? Totally ignorant and just brain dead. ... read more
The staff at the Lung Health Center are very helpful and extremely responsive. Having a specialist appointment was seamless and a great experience.
