My gyno dr Munira Farooqi (Gynecologist) is great but it is nearly impossible to book another consultation appointment or follow up as they never answer the phones, or it says the phone is disconnected, or they just hang up on you. My health is not a joke and it upsets me that we are not taken seriously.
Hi so I attended an appointment today with my girlfriend at this clinic and as I was waiting another female patient was there waiting to be seen by the gynaecologist, I believe I witnessed something that was very inappropriate and very unprofessional on the dr and her staff, the female patient was definitely in pain as you can her struggling through emotions she then asked how much longer it would be to be seen as she had an appointment that was booked and already waited over half hour, the dr then said that she would have t... read more
The worst customer care. You will not be able to connect via phone. (If you don’t trust my words please try the phone number they have provided) I have tried for more than a week but no response. Very careless…
I was referred to Dr Farooqi for a uterine biopsy. Her office reached out within a week, I was able to book in the following week for a consult where she explained what needed to happen and offered the procedure on the spot. I opted to book the first appointment a couple weeks out so that I was able to prepare beforehand. Both appointments were on time. Front desk is accurate and efficient.
