A nice banquet hall set up Fine. How ever, last week major disappointed as the food server didn’t serve promptly and let us know the ingredients thoroughly. Didn’t feel good when ate the food felt bad ended up leaving immediately. In addition to this The lady (manager) as we noticed looked anxious speeding things, not calm or much sensible as we noticed on one occasion she speaking to her staff abruptly. Our Non -Profit hosted a Medical Conference at the Mississauga Grand Banquet & Event Centre on April 19th 2026 for Medical & Research Professionals and Neurofibromatosis Community Members. To state that this Venue, its staff and the food exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Vasia helped us choose dates and plan our event including meal choices and little tips how to make the conference a success. She was always available and responsive. Great Service. Staff, Servers were on time prep food was fresh! serving with polite smiles on THEIRE faces. Servers helped with chairs personally brought them to our crew and members and explained the Menu breakfast was still available when arrived late so they don't miss the food (exceptional) was a big YES for me and my company.
