Booked an appointment for my 2.5 years old 3 weeks in advance with a dentist who specializes with kids and they called 4 times to confirm the timing a day before the appointment. We reached on time and they made us wait for an hour. They kept telling us that it will only take 10 mins while we were at the clinic. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. Poor services. Would not recommend.

I honestly want to thank the hygienist Shruti 🤍 She cleaned my mom’s teeth, and my mom has very sensitive teeth, but her work was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle, calm, and really cared about my mom’s comfort throughout the whole appointment. There was almost no pain, which we were really worried about. You can tell she’s experienced and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her, especially if you have sensitive teeth or feel nervous about cleanings 👌✨

Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Farah is very understanding and patient. I used to go to a clinic downtown, but from now on, this will be my go-to dental clinic. The only downside was that their washroom was out of order.
