Dr Venus is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The nurses who draw your blood for tests are very kind and gentle. The female receptionist however will put people of her culture ahead of others who have been waiting. Ive noticed this on several occasions where people of her culture and language walk in and get seen right away with no appointment over ppl who have been waiting over an hour.
I have been associated to this clinic for past 3 years. My family doctor was Dr.Zinnah and my pediatrician is Dr. Farah Siam... we had really great experience so far. Since, my family doctor has moved to someother clinic, we had to go for another doctor. Since, we had good experience with this clinic and also the nearest one to us, we chose to have meet and greet with Dr. Reem Nahab. Today we had appointment at 9:50 am. Our check in time was 9:45am. Great care excellent staff, very convenient close to home. To bad Dr. Zina left. Pharmacy is convenient ans efficient.
My mother had an appointment at this clinic, but we waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled time without any update. We spoke with the front desk, but they were unable to provide an estimated time for when she would be called, and the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. Delays can happen, but better communication and a more patient-focused approach would greatly improve the experience. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously.
The worst wait time even when you take an appointment they will still make you wait for hours.
