I had a disappointing experience with the pharmacy at Mississauga Medical. The doctor was very kind and helpful, but I feel the pharmacy is overcharging patients. Today, I was prescribed six migraine tablets and was charged about $70–75. Later, I checked the price and found that each tablet costs around $5, so six tablets should have cost about $30, plus tax. I’ve had a very positive experience at this clinic. The doctors are thorough, attentive, and take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I always feel like my concerns are heard and properly addressed. The medical administrative staff Haifa and Mohamad are also excellent—friendly, organized, and efficient when it comes to booking appointments and handling paperwork. I have had a great experience with this clinic since joining in 2022. Dr. Venus is one of the best family doctors in Mississauga. She is very kind, listens carefully to her patients, addresses their concerns, and answers all of their questions. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service provided by the receptionist, Haifa. She is always helpful, professional, and responsive to patients' inquiries.
