Lived in this place yeas ago and Dan and Leah where the managers and what a joke it was
As long as you never need to ask the manager for anything they will be nice to you. The instant you bring up an issue be prepared for gaslighting. Experienced discriminatory and very unprofessional behavior from management. Children are allowed to bike and play in common areas such as hallways, some tenants were using power tools within their apartments on a daily basis as if they were running a workshop. It been a great place to live, lots of wild life and leah is a great manager. Free stuff left downstairs all the time! It's been wonderful and peaceful!
Absolute garbage company. Towed my jeep in less than 4 hours of parking. (Does not imply for the day, only at one time) I parked at 3 approximately and it's not even 6pm. Doesn't offer regular visitors parking so good luck having any friends or family over. On top of that, if you choose to leave your vehicle for safety reasons because you drank too much, enjoy a $270+ towing bill because you won't have a vehicle when you wake up. 10/10 would not rent here and strongly recommend against giving a company like this any amount o... read more
Have lived here for over 4yrs. Leah and the management team here are fantastic. Anytime I have ever had an issue, they have been ontop of it. Very friendly people, love it here.
