The staff in the office refused to take care of the noise situation that I have complained for weeks. My neighbor has been playing loud music that caused my apartment to vibrate each time. Whenever I call to the office, Nancy or Yvonne were not only defensive but rude to my request. I am not sure if they fully understand part of their job is to keep the living environment quiet.
I've lived at The Missions at Chino Hills for two years now. The only way I am leaving is when I purchase a new home. The staff inside are all pleasant every morning and remember myself, and my dogs, names. If there is anything that I have asked to be fixed, it generally happens same day, the next at latest. The residents vary in age, but all extremely outgoing. There has never been any loud, younger parties at the pool (yet), and if there has been, the pool is separated from the units.
