Dr. Vivienne Allain is a caring practitioner and she is knowledgeable. She may try to save you money on your procedures if she thinks you're not able to afford a full and proper treatment. The problem with this is that she may cut corners or give you less than what is necessary of a proper or better treatment. Dr. Allain and Mission Perio delivered exceptional care during my sinus lift and bone graft procedure. Minimal discomfort post-op and rapid recovery exceeded my expectations. Dr. Allain's expertise, attention to detail, and caring demeanor stood out, while the staff's warmth and helpfulness added to the experience. Highly recommend!
Overall, my experience had been so horrible that I ended up walking away from this clinic. The doctor (her name starts with a V) did NOT listen and gave me pointless “treatment”every visit. The receptionist there was either rude or wasn’t trained properly how to talk over the phone. Most of all, I found out that I did not have any gum issue after getting second opinions from three different doctors in the field! I’m so glad that I took my gut feeling more seriously than what the doctor V said.
I love the Missionperio and my dental hygienist Corrina is amazing, she is the best very gentle and thorough makes the cleaning process so much better! Thank you!!!
